The United Way Mumbai team is at the frontlines supporting public health and other government officials. Your donations will go towards fighting the spread of the virus, keeping health workers safe and providing essential supplies to the weaker sections of our communities.

We are crowdfunding for making grocery kits available to the daily wagers who have lost their incomes due to the lockdown. We collaborate with different suppliers and NGOs to identify the needy families and provide them with enough food to last for 15 days.

Jagannath & his team have come up with voluntary & free food service to all the needy ones in area around Fort, Churchgate, Mumbai. Call & inform him everyday before 11am the number of individuals you are expecting meals for. Ensure only one person contacts him from your group as they are already running busy serving the needy ones in this crisis. They will also serve you food at your doorstep incase there are stringent curfew restrictions around you.

We will deliver food packets to security guards, labourers, rag pickers and other such personnel who require meals.

We have estimated 800-1000 families in slums of Malvani and Govandi who have absolutely no support. We will provide them support in form of packages of food and other essential items.
